The healing circle
The Healing Circle program is a safe space that centers Hmong women and femme trauma, resilience, and healing processes by addressing the impacts that systems of power and oppression have on our minds, bodies, and spirit. The purpose of the HC is to build and reimagine alternatives to harmful systems, nurture our holistic wellbeing, and practice solidarity.
We invite you to share space
We welcome applications from Hmong women and femme who are seeking a safe space for peer support, reflection, community care, and sharing lived experiences. Participants are encouraged to commit to all six sessions in order to build trust, practice solidarity, and form sustainable relationships. Our first healing circle cycle consists of six sessions and is capped at five participants. The HC will take place in Merced, bi-weekly on Wednesday’s from 6-7:30pm.
